Romans 6:8            “ Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him.”

 

Romans 8:32 -           “ He who did not withhold or spare (even) His own Son but gave Him up for us all, will He not also with Him freely and graciously give us all (other ) things.”

 

Romans 6:4            “ We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious (power) of the  Father, so we too might habitually live and behave in newness of life”

 

Romans 6:6            “ We know that our old (unrenewed) self was nailed to the cross with Him in order that (our) body (which is the instrument) of sin, might be made ineffective and inactive for evil, that we might no longer be the slaves of sin.”

 

Colosians 3:1            “ If you have then been raised with Christ (to a new life, thus sharing His resurrection from the dead) aim at and seek the (rich, eternal treasures) that are above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God”

 

Colosians 3:3            “ For (as far as this world is concerned) you have died, and your (real

life) is hid with Christ in God.”

 

Colosians 2: 20-21   “ If then you have died with Christ to material ways of looking at things and have escaped from the worlds crude and  elemental notions and teachings of esternalism, why do you live as if you still belong to the world? Why do you submit to rules and regulations? (such as) do not handle (this) do not taste (that) do not even touch (them).

 

John 15:4-5            “ Dwell in me and I will dwell in  you.  Live in me and I will live in you.  Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in me.  I am the vine, you are the branches  Whoever lives in me and I in him bears much abundant fruit.  However, apart from me - cut off from vital union with me - you can do nothing.”

 

Ephesians 2:5            “ Even when we were dead (slain) by (our own) short comings and trespasses.  He made us alive together in fellowship and in union with Christ, He gave us the very same new life with which He quickened Him, (for) it is by grace - by His favor and mercy which you did not deserve - that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Chirsits salvation).”

 

 

 

 

 

Galatiens 2:20     “ I have been crucified with Christ (In Him) I have shared His crucifixion; it is no  longer I who lives but Christ, the Messiah lives in me, and the life I now live in the body I live by faith - by adherence to and reliance on and (complete) trust in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.”

Phil 4:13   “ I have strength for all things in Christ who empowers me I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses inner strength into me (that is, I am self sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency).”

Heb 2: 9-11 Barclay  “ What we do see is Jesus.  For a short time He was made lower then the angels.  But now we see him crowned with glory and honor, because of the death he suffered, for it was gracious purpose of God that Jesus should experience death for all.  God will be the end of all things as He was the begging and it was fitting for him, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through His sufferings.  For the consecrating priest and the consecrated people have one Father.  That is why he does not hesitate to call them brothers.”
