Minister Scott and Rabbi Deborah Brandt have been from the Chicago area their entire lives, and have been married for over 30 years, Rabbi Deborah is the President and founder of Deborah's Messianic Ministries. Minister Scott & Rabbi Deborah started the Messianic Congregation "Beit Midrash Tefillah Hallel (an outreach of Deborah's Messianic Ministries). Rabbi Deborah is an ordained Rabbi via The Judaic Studies Institute Yeshiva under Rabbi Mordecai Silver, CEO and President of JSI. Minister Scott is Ordained under Deborah's Messainic Ministries.

Minister Scott & Rabbi Deborah Brandt have been the Shepherds of Beit Midrash Tefillah Hallel Congregation (which they established in 2004) for over 15 years.

Rabbin Deborah Brandt has a Master Degree in Rabbinical Studies from the Judaic Studies Institute and is working on her Doctorates Degree in Judaic Studies in the Tenach/Old Testament and Apostolic Scriptures/New Testament Scriptures as well.

It is their desire to be a light to the Chicago area by bring the message of the "Restoration of All Things In Yeshua" and " Teaching a Yeshua Centered Torah Lifestyle" to the Chicago area. They do this by teaching a Torah honoring lifestyle with Yeshua as the center of our faith. Beit Midrash Tefillah Hallel's ministries include weekly Torah Study, Yeshiva classes, Judaic Studies Institute Satellite School, Weekly Shabbat Services, Children's Ministry, Woman's & Men's ministry, Evangelism outreach, and many other ministry outreaches. Beit Midrash Tefillah Hallel also celebrates the weekly Shabbat, New Moon and all the Feasts of Israel as a Congregation. They consider their Congregation not only as a place of Worship but also a Talmidim training ground for the members to go forth in the gifts and callings YHWH has placed upon their lives. Rabbin Deborah has been serving Messiah Yeshua in ministry for over 40 years, and Minister Scott for over 30 years.

Rabbin Deborah has been teaching the Jewish Roots of the Bible for over 20 years.
